About This Species
One of the most popular African cichlids, the Electric Yellow Lab is a vibrant yellow Mbuna from Lake Malawi. They are among the more peaceful Mbuna but still require a rocky setup with plenty of caves and a species-appropriate diet. Their brilliant color provides a stunning highlight in any African cichlid aquarium.
