The Dovii Cichlid, also known as the Wolf Cichlid, is widely considered the most aggressive freshwater cichlid in the hobby. Males can reach an impressive 70 centimetres and are spectacularly colourful with iridescent blue, gold, and green colouration. Originating from Central American rivers and lakes, this apex predator is known for killing tank mates — even those of similar size. Only suitable for experienced keepers willing to dedicate a large tank to a single specimen or a proven pair.
