About This Species
The Electric Blue Hap is a fish predator from Lake Malawi, with males displaying an incredible, solid electric blue coloration. They are relatively peaceful for a Haplochromine cichlid but will readily eat any fish small enough to fit in their mouths. A large tank with open swimming space is essential.
