Uaru

Often called the 'Poor Man's Discus,' the Uaru is a large, triangular-shaped cichlid with a peaceful temperament for its size. They are social fish that should be kept in groups and are known for their strong herbivorous tendencies. They require a large tank with soft, acidic water and plenty of vegetable matter in their diet.
