Welcome to FishHub ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create a seller account.

Users may post content, including shop information, listings, and reviews ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. By posting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Platform.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Post false, inaccurate, or misleading information in listings or reviews.
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or any user's enjoyment of it, including by uploading or otherwise disseminating viruses or malicious code.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

FishHub acts as a directory and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items.

All information provided on the Platform, including species care guides and user-generated content, is for general informational purposes only. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, or completeness of any information. Your use of the Platform and reliance on any information is solely at your own risk. We are not liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to the loss of livestock, resulting from the use of information found on FishHub.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FishHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
