Description of services
FishHub operates in two distinct roles:
- Marketplace operator. We provide an online marketplace and aquarium species directory where verified shops and individual community members list their own items for buyers to discover. FishHub is the operator and is never the seller, never handles livestock, and never takes payment between buyer and seller.
- FishHub Store. Separately, FishHub sells physical goods itself through the FishHub Store: its own stock, plus stock dispatched directly by Aquarium Depot, a South African distributor in Midrand. For Store purchases, FishHub is the seller.
Prices
FishHub is not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. FishHub Store prices include any other mandatory charges. Where delivery applies, the delivery cost is shown separately before you confirm and pay, so the full amount payable is presented for your approval at the order-review step.
