    Description of services

    FishHub operates in two distinct roles:

    • Marketplace operator. We provide an online marketplace and aquarium species directory where verified shops and individual community members list their own items for buyers to discover. FishHub is the operator and is never the seller, never handles livestock, and never takes payment between buyer and seller.
    • FishHub Store. Separately, FishHub imports and sells its own physical goods through the FishHub Store. For Store purchases, FishHub is the seller.

    Prices

    All FishHub Store prices are displayed inclusive of VAT and any other mandatory charges. Where delivery applies, the delivery cost is shown separately before you confirm and pay, so the full amount payable is presented for your approval at the order-review step.
