Two-part epoxy putty for fixing hardscape and mounting plants - cures underwater. Handles jobs glue cannot: filling a gap, holding a rock at an angle, or bonding two surfaces that do not meet cleanly. Knead the two parts together and place it before it starts to stiffen.
