Buffer for Tanganyikan cichlids, which want harder, more alkaline water than Malawis. Tanganyika sits at a higher pH and carbonate hardness than the other rift lakes, so the buffer is formulated differently rather than being interchangeable. Dose per the instructions on the tub.
