Lowers and holds pH, and pairs with Alkaline Buffer to set a target number precisely. On its own it drops pH; used in a ratio with the alkaline half it lets you land on a specific figure and keep it there, which is the usual approach for planted and soft-water tanks. Dose per the instructions on the tub.

- 2 g (1/4 teaspoon) per 80 L daily until target pH; lowers alkalinity about 0.2 meq/L (0.6 dKH)
