About This Species
Boeseman's Rainbowfish is famous for its striking bicoloration, with the front half of the body being a bluish-grey and the rear half a vibrant orange-yellow. They are a very active, schooling fish that requires a long tank with plenty of swimming space. Their colors are most brilliant in a well-maintained tank with hard, alkaline water.
