Giant Comet Goldfish

The Comet Goldfish is the classic single-tailed goldfish variety, distinguished by its deeply forked, flowing tail fin that can be nearly as long as its body. While often considered a beginner fish, large Comets are truly impressive specimens that can exceed 30 centimetres in outdoor ponds. Hardy, active, and available in a range of colours from classic orange-red to sarasa (red/white), calico, and yellow, Comets are the backbone of the pond-keeping hobby in South Africa.
