The calcium half of a two-part reef dosing system - use alongside Reef Fusion 2. Two-part dosing keeps calcium and alkalinity moving together, which is what stops one of them crashing while you chase the other. The two parts are never mixed before they go in the tank. Dose per the instructions on the bottle.
- Dosage
- 1 ml per 25 L, every 1-2 days
- Effect per dose
- Raises calcium 4 mg/L and alkalinity 0.176 meq/L
- Maximum dose
- 4 ml per 25 L per day; never raise calcium more than 25 mg/L a day
- Target level
- Calcium 410-430 mg/L, alkalinity 4-6 meq/L
- Do not mix
- Dose Reef Fusion 2 a few minutes later at a separate spot; never mix the two directly
