Treats white spot (ich), the most common freshwater disease, recognisable as tiny white grains across the body and fins. As a general guide, dose around 5ml per 25 litres at the first sign of white spot, repeating the next day if spots persist; for sensitive fish like tetras, loaches and fry, use a gentler 5ml per 40 litres. Always confirm the exact rate on your bottle, since formulations can vary - and remove carbon filtration while treating, as it will strip the medication out of the water.
