Payment processing is handled by PayFast. FishHub does not directly store your credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment information. PayFast's own privacy policy governs their handling of your payment data.

Shop Analytics Note
Shop-tier features like demand signals and analytics use anonymised, aggregate data only. Individual user browsing behaviour is never shared with shops. Shops see trends (e.g., "this species has been viewed X times this week"), not individual user identities.

FishHub is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 18, you may use FishHub only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.
FishHub is operated from South Africa. Your data is stored and processed using Firebase / Google Cloud infrastructure. If you access FishHub from outside South Africa, your data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside your own. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for any such transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we will notify you via email and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of FishHub after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
